An Eight Light Swedish Tent and Bag Antique Chandelier. CR763. £1350
A stunning Swedish eight light chandelier . With an etched cut glass top coronet, a silver rim from which hang vertical chains of gradated buttons and large coffin drops which gather into a plain central silver rim which is studded with metal silver plates and crystal spires
The bottom 'bag' is of graduated button drops which gather into a simple silver rim from which hangs a large cut glass ball. The eight lights consist of two lights shining down into the top tent from just below the top glass coronet, the remaining six lights are in the centre, three facing up into the high tent and three facing down into the lower bag. A truly wonderful chandelier with a great patina which would look good in any interior space. c1900. Restored, wired, PAT tested and ready to hang.
H100 x W50cm, this is the height of the chandelier only without the chain and ceiling rose which comes with the chandelier and can be adjusted to individual requirements.
